Boomers are energetic and active adults (born 1946-1964) who enjoy traveling, getting together with friends and using their time and talents to make a difference in people’s lives. Meet new people, eat with friends, enjoy some great entertainment and have a blast!
Throughout the year Boomers get together for activities such as a Braves Game, Apple Festival, Fall train trip, dance lessons, bowling and hiking. There’s always something going on!
The Cornerstone Boomers Bible study meets Sunday morning and focuses on Bible teaching that relates to life. Class members pray and care for one another, as well as interact and discuss with one another as Pastor Hawkins teaches with a blend of exposition, illustrations and humor.
Few things change one’s perspective on God’s heart for the world than serving on a short term mission trip. But since the airfare is already paid… why not enjoy a mini-vacation in another part of the globe?
Vacation with people of similar interests and faith or join a long weekend “Boomer Trip.”
